A missed courthouse deadline or a loan package that sits in a mailbox instead of an underwriter's inbox isn't just inconvenient — it can cost real money and real time. That's where I come in.

What I Courier?

I handle the kind of documents that need a real person keeping an eye on them the whole way, including:

• Real estate closing packages, loan documents, and recordable deeds

how is works?

Call or book online and tell me what needs to move, where it's headed, and by when.

1. I pick it up — from your office, a signing table, or wherever the documents are.

2. I deliver it in person, confirming with the receiving party that it's been received.

3. You get confirmation that your documents landed where they were supposed to, on time.

Generally within about a 50-mile radius (from 23168 zip code). Headed somewhere just outside that range? Ask — I may still be able to help, or point you to same-day options.

what affects the cost?

Every courier run is a little different, so I quote based on:

• Distance between pickup and drop-off

• How quickly you need it there (standard vs. same-day/rush)

• Number of stops or recipients

• After-hours or weekend timing

• Any special handling — signature confirmation, waiting for a countersignature, etc.
